Good stuff!! Cooked a half-batch for a test. Used apple cider vinegar instead of white just because cider vinegar is a little smoother and added a little heat with an 1/8th tsp of cayenne pepper and a couple shakes of crushed red pepper. Reminds me of being at Ft. Jackson back in the day.
