Excellent recipe with excellent, easy to follow directions. The ingredient list and staged preparation seems daunting when first read, but was a snap to prepare once I had all of the ingredients gathered. This dish is meatloaf on steroids, The spicy mince mixture satisfies any meat lover with a sweet tooth, and the custard topping adds an eye-pleasing and tasty treat. I made it for Christmas dinner this year and it went faster than the turkey and cranberry sauce! I'll keep this recipe close.
