- 1/2 tsp. ginger (grated)

- 1 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water (salted, should taste salty but not offensive)
- 1/2 white onion (small diced)
- 2 kaffir lime leaf
- 1 piece lemon grass (3 inches)
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
