- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. chili (Flake)

- 1 cup jam (Sweet Onion, Vidalia onions sautéed in olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, salt, & 1 tbsp sugar for 90 mins)
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1/2 tsp. clove
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
