It was great! Only thing i did differently was i cooked the chicken without the marinade and cooled it to room temperature. Then i made the balsamic marinade and let is marinate for one hour before roasting it in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Sliced it into half inch thick slices and spooned the caprice salad over top. My wife loved it.
