Not so good. My starter was very bubbly after 3 feedings 4 hours apart and the dough was easy to work with but after pre-baking it in a 500° oven the crust was very hard. I pre-baked it on a preheated pizza stone. Was I supposed to use a traditional pizza pan?
I went back for another try the next day! This time I pre-bake the crust on traditional pizza pans. It came out great!

Turned out pretty durn good! Pre-baking was a good move as it wasn’t soggy. Tasted really good and it was a good use for my sourdough.
