Simple, easy...nothing to it and I am a novice! First time ever baking with sour dough. I made starter for the first time 5 days ago...I am amazed with the proportions and how yumly this recipe is!!

I haven't tried other sourdough pizza recipes because this one is easy, tastes great and doesn't need any extra ingredients. I've also used starter right out of the refrigerator.
