yummy, great way to utilize the extra sour dough starter, when feeding it for my weekly sour bread loaves, family loves Saturday morning pancakes

These pancakes were delicious. I cut the recipe in half since it’s just the two of us and they turned out perfect! My husband loved them, too.

Fluffiest pancakes with a great flavor. Incredible. I've tried dozens of recipes over the years and this one is my all-time fave. It's also the only recipe I've tried with sourdough starter (discard) so might not be a fair comparison, but I have no desire to try any other recipe again!

09-07-2020, light and fluffy, used SD discard and made same day, a little thick so added an extra Tbsp of milk
3.11.23 half oat flour and half APF.. delicious

I used sourdough starter discard and these came out fluffy and perfect. I had to watch the heat because these are so thick and take a little longer to cook.
