I wasn’t quite sure how these muffins would turn out, but I am highly surprised by how PERFECT they are. Soft, chewey, tangy sourdough Wnglish Muffins! A MUST BAKE!

Really happy with how these turned out. Looked like store bought muffins but tasted a lot better. Did end up adding a bit of extra flour because it was so sticky. Next time will try not adding extra to see if they have bigger holes.
