- 2 tsp. fine sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- 2 Tbsp. dry malt extract
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water (warm filtered)
- 10 cups water (filtered)
- 2/3 cup baking soda
