Absolutely incredible. Light, flaky, airy, and soft. I used melted butter for the fat and olive oil to rest. The flavor was deep and complex. I will definitely be making these again. They went great with a turkey meatloaf. My wife is going to enjoy leftover meatloaf sandwiches on these rolls for lunch this week.
