- 1/2 cup sourdough starter (active, a great way to use up discarded starter)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup milk (I used milk kefir, you could also sub in buttermilk)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (or turbinado sugar)
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 8 Tbsp. butter (melted)

Different every time we’ve made it. But always awesome. Worked it by hand and machine. Cooked same day and next. Everyone loves these. Thank you so much for sharing x

Loved the long rise on these rolls (made it more digestible for those trying to stick to a low-FODMAP diet). Added just a shake of cinnamon to the overnight rise. Baked in a large tart pan. The smell was amazing.
