This recipe is an absolute unmitigated disaster. I've been baking for 3 and a half years and decided to try this for a change-up. Followed it to a t and just wound up with what can only be described as flour soup. I threw it away and will never attempt again.

Omg. This bread is soooo good. I did only make one loaf so called ingredients. The dough is wonderful and easy to stretch and fold.
Yes it takes some work but it gives a wonderful delicious bread.
I did a little bit of sugar.

My dough was a gloppy mess despite following all the measurements and instructions. We’ll see how the overnight proof in the fridge goes.

Great crumb, flavor, easy to follow. I went for the crisper bread on my second loaf. I may continue making and baking the crisper method as the original for myself.

This was the second sourdough recipe that I tried (the first was awful, total flop) and it turned out perfectly! Great recipe!
