Greased the muffin pan pretty heavily and had no issues popping the muffins out. Tasted great, crumble is certainly worth it. I doubled the muffin batter, but did not double crumble mixture - had plenty to cover them!

SO GOOD!! If you're into sourdough (as I am) and healthy eating, this is a fantastic go-to. I used coconut oil instead of butter in the muffins themselves (kept butter for the crumble topping) and also added rolled oats & seeds. This is my new blueberry muffin recipe. Thanks Gingered Whisk!
