Description

- 3/4 Tbsp. yeast
- 185 grams sourdough starter
- 85 grams flour
- 70 grams buckwheat flour (or 60 gr. if sugar was used)
- 1 tsp. agave (or 1 1/2 tsps. sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Heat the milk and add the yeast, stirring until it dissolves completely. Add the sourdough starter and mix well. Add the flour and buckwheat flour along with the agave.
- Cover the batter and allow to rise until doubled in volume and bubbly, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Separate the eggs and add the yolks to the batter. Set aside for 1 hour.
