- 1/4 cup sour orange juice (freshly squeezed, such as Seville, plus more if needed)
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 heads romaine (inner leaves only, leaves separated)
- 1/2 avocado (ripe, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 orange (sour, such as Seville, cut into wedges, for serving)
