    I honestly used this recipe because I had some left over buttermilk and sour cream that I needed to use up. It turned out really good. Although I did alter the recipe slightly because my market didn't have any chives I used a small amount of fresh rosemary (very small so it wouldn't dominate the rest of the ingredients). I served it over a chicken and pasta recipe which met the approval of my in-house food critic heartily.
