- 5 skinless boneless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green pepper (finely chopped)
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. butter flakes
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (lite)
- 9 tortillas (soft)

Directions
- Coat pan w/ non-stick cooking spray. Salt and pepper chicken. Saute chicken w/ onion and green pepper.
- Add picante sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
- On low heat , combine sauce ingredients. Heat through but do not boil.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up. Place in baking dish. Lay cheese slices over enchiladas. Top w/ sauce.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. or until hot.
