    This pie is the perfect way to enjoy the unique taste of sour cherries. The flavor is so delicious you'll want seconds. Last year I made the pie two weeks in a row, since that's how long the cherries were available. I'm making my first pie of the season today. My husband is already asking if I'm making another next week! This one is in my permanent collection - a true classic!
