    Absolutely fantastic. I subbed nonfat greek yogurt and 2% milk for the thickener. I also added half a glass of white wine when the mushrooms were cooking.

    loved it! came out better then i thought. I also served with cheese on the side for anyone wanting to add some to their bowl!
