This is the BEST chicken salad recipe out there. This recipe leans sweet (think honey, not sugar) in the dressing, but it compliments the salty toasted pecans, crunchy celery and yummy chicken. It's easy to assemble and I find that I can keep it in my refrigerator a couple-few days. It tends to last better if I don't halve the grapes and keep them whole.
