- 1 mango (small, peeled and chopped)
- 1/8 strip jicama
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 oz. tilapia fillet
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 corn tortillas (warmed)
- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread

Directions
- Toss mango, jicama, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 tablespoon cilantro in medium bowl; set aside.
- Season cod with remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice, chili powder and garlic. Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook cod, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork.
- Spoon cod into tortillas, then sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve with jicama-mango salad.
