Soft and tender but not flexible like a tortilla so name needs to change. Flavor was almost non-existent, needs a lot of help there. I’d steam the cauliflower instead of nuking it. Or boiling it. Microwaved didn’t seem to cook it.

a little harder to make than i thought... think i made a cauliflower fritata more so than a tortilla... still pretty awesome though!

Would this recipe still work if egg yolks are omitted? And/or maybe add back a non-cholesterol ingredient? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Awesome. Made a bit larger, cooked at 350 for about 5 extra minutes. Perfection!!

Mine turned out perfect - step by step to the directions. The only thing I would change is the calorie count per wrap. 2 cups of riced cauliflower is equal to 4 cups of flowerettes which is 100 calories in total. I used 2 jumbo eggs which are 90 calories each for a total of 280 calories of ingredients. Take 280 and divide by 6 and that gives you 46.6 calories per tortilla. I am not sure if the blogger added oil to the pan to toast them or not to make up the difference, but I did not. Great recipe—-I love it!!!! Thanks so much.

Mine were not quite as bendable as the ones in the pic. But they were good if you can't eat a tortilla and want to feel like you are eating one😊

Wonderful! First time is a bit of trial and error, next time I would make them slightly thinner. Overall fantastic!! Work the effort.

More work than I thought but very good! You can add so many different spices to them and the topping ideas are endless!!
