- 5 Tbsp. butter (melted, I used salted butter so I cut the salt to 1/4 teaspoon - do the same if you happen to only have salted butter on hand)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
