Hey, Teri a year ago
This recipe is absolutely amazing, the best peanut butter cookies I’ve ever tasted, on the rating scale I give them a 100% plus.

These cookies were perfect. A little bit crispy on outside but chewy inside. Great flavor.

Easy & Delicious. I don't have a cookie scooper, but measured each cookie to .85oz came out exactly to exactly 3doz. I didn't drop dough in sugar, but did sprinkle some sugar on top when they came out of oven. Also make criss cross fork design w/sugar dipped fork. Baked for 10min & pan cooled for 3min as directions state - it works! Crisp edges but soft inside. Will make again.

This is by far the best peanut butter cookies I have ever made! Soft and chewy!
I have looked for years for the perfect recipe.. this is it! Since I live at an elevation of over 6500 feet, I did add an extra tablespoon of milk and a little more flour (tablespoon).

This was the recipe I was searching for. Soft and Chewy PeanutButter Cookies that did not require shortening to make them soft. I used Nuttzo because that is what I had on hand and they are fabulous! I did find them a little sweet so I would adjust for that in the future.

Exactly as advertised - soft, chewy and delicious. After trying so many recipes for peanut butter cookies, this one is my go-to. Good just as is, but I ususally add chocolate and/or white chocolate chips.

Wonderful- I used partial chunky peanut butter for some crunch. Cookies came out soft and delicious. Baked for between 11-12 minutes

So good and easy! I always use crunchy peanut butter for more texture and peanutty pop

They were great! Really don’t overtake them, leave them on the cookie sheet while cooking for the three minutes specified and they remain chewy but cooked through after they are done cooling. My whole family ate them all (as well as me).

This recipe was PERFECT! I made a quadruple batch I began by making half of the dough in the traditional peanut butter cookies I rolled those in sugar as directed. They were baked for 10 minutes, allowed to set for 5, then transferred to a cooling rack
I added a variation of candy pieces to the remaining dough for different types of cookies
Perfect firm cookie exterior and soft gooey center

Delicious! This is my go to PB Cookie recipe now! I did do a light forking and they turned out amazing! Just as advertised, soft and chewy!

t=The cookies were delicious. I will definitely make them again. The only problem was that the pictures didn't show the chef flattening the cookies and the final picture didn't look like fork flattened cookies. When they came out of the oven they were cookie balls. I suggest flattening them with a fork like usual.

These were perfect! Not too sweet, not too peanut-buttery, and very soft and chewy. I used 1/2 regular and 1/2 chunky peanut butter, but followed everything else exactly. Yum!

We added half cup baking chocolate (no chips) and they turned out like chocolate peanut butter cup cookies! Lotsa of peanut butter flavor! Family approved. I would do this again! Perfect!

The cookies flake apart too easily. I had a difficult time picking them up with spatula. First batch was a little sweet, so I only put sugar on the top for next batches. DELICIOUS, though!
