This recipe is amazing! I added chopped pecans & used a full teaspoon of cinnamon. I also took it one step further: instead of using molasses, I added a tablespoon of pumpkin spice coffee concentrate. It gave the cookies an extra pop of flavor. My friends & family loved them!
