Best Oatmeal Cookie recipe I've ever run across. These cookies turned out fabulously! I did soak the raisins but I didn't toast the nuts (I used pecans). Make sure to see the measurements in the directions for accuracy. These cookies are soft, chewy and super-delicious...my husband and I gave them an A+! I plan to make them again and again if the Lord wills. :o)

Delicious. I didn’t have molasses so I substituted for honey instead
