Perfect softy interior and crunchy exterior. I added a little cinnamon oil and my family requests these every week.

Made double batch put half in fridge. Family can't stop raving best Oatmeal raisin cookie they ever had. Crisp outside soft inside. Left walnuts out. Also used golden raisins.

Best Oatmeal Cookie recipe I've ever run across. These cookies turned out fabulously! I did soak the raisins but I didn't toast the nuts (I used pecans). Make sure to see the measurements in the directions for accuracy.
These cookies are soft, chewy and super-delicious...my husband and I gave them an A+! I plan to make them again and again if the Lord wills. :o)
