    Excellent soft oatmeal cookie

Best Oatmeal Cookie recipe I've ever run across. These cookies turned out fabulously! I did soak the raisins but I didn't toast the nuts (I used pecans)...I also baked mine for two minutes longer than the recipe called for. Still they were soft, chewy and delicious...my husband gave them an A+! I plan to make them again and again if the Lord wills. :o)

they turned out great!this is the softest oatmeal cookie dough I've ever made.i even added an extra cup of oats to make sure they would hold up.sprinkled some turbinado sugar on the tops, and weighed each cookie(1.5 oz)10 minutes was perfect in my oven and I will be making these again!

Delicious. I didn’t have molasses so I substituted for honey instead
