The recipe made phenomenal biscuit dough, but was a bit too biscuity to be solid for pretzal. The baking soda solution caused the parchment paper to burn and filled my apartment with smoke, so theres that

easy to follow recipe and they turned out great! sweeter than other recipes which was perfect for both cin/sugar and butter/salt

The taste and texture were great! Our skill in twisting the pretzels? Not so much. Best served with a variety of mustards.

fantastic! i accidentally put the baking soda in the mix so i had to start again and i should have made them longer and thinner, but they were delicious. will make with sugar and cinnamon sprinkles next time.

This is my go to recipe! Everyone in my house loves when I make pretzels and even beg me to make them now. Recipe is easy to modify if you want to flavor the pretzels or even add cream cheese to them
