Everyone that tried these said there were the best ginger cookies. I cooked them on parchment and they we soft, chewy and delicious!

These turned out perfect. I added fresh grated ginger and rolled in raw cane sugar.

These came out absolutely perfect! The taste is awesome and they look store bought
Not too hard and not cakey. They are crisp on the outside and chewy . My favorite gingerbread cookies that I’ve ever eaten

The cookies turned out perfect, they were soft and delicious. Just the right amount of spicy from the ginger and not to much molasses.
