    This is a very good very soft cookie. The cookie is like a not too sweet shortbread and the icing makes for a great balance. I’m just learning how to use a stand mixer so may have overworked the dough, the cookie was soft but not airy soft, a little heavy.

    ahhh.... I couldn't stop eating these cookies. They are better than store bought cause they're not as sweet. Seriously your not gonna be disappointed if you make them. 2 things though with the recipe. I added soooo much extra flour to make it manageable. It was super sticky. That should be a warning in the directions. And i have a convection oven so i had to lower the temp 5 degrees and only bake for 6 minutes. Other than that ... AWESOME cookies.
