- 12 oz. asparagus
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Bring 1/2 inch water to boil in medium saucepan over medium high heat,
- Using tongs, gently place eggs in boiling water (eggs will not be submerged). Cover saucepan and cook eggs for 6 1/2 minutes
- Meanwhile steam asparagus (spears about 1/2 inch in diameter, trimmed) over medium heat until crisp tender 4-5 minutes
