(made these 3 times) The last batch I made turned out best. I used active dry yeast. I replaced 2/3 of the water with milk. Helped them turn out a little softer. I also used only 1 3/4tsp salt rather than the full 2tsp. And almost an entire cup less flour.

Great recipe
Lovely to find a simple recipe without oil or other unnecessary ingredients
I used wholegrain organic spelt and will definitely make again
