- 3/8 tsp. baking soda (that's 1/4 tsp PLUS 1/8 tsp 🙂)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 cup vegan sour cream (or Vegan Greek-Style Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. applesauce (I prefer unsweetened, but you could use sweetened)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips (I used 1 full cup)
