- 1/4 cup thai basil leaves (12 fresh, or regular basil leaves, rinsed, dried)
- 6 prawns (medium, cooked, halved)
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (12 whole large, rinsed, dried)
- 3 lettuce leaves (red-leaf, leaves, spines removed, leaving 6 halves)
- dipping sauce (Vinegar, recipe follows)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. warm water
- 60 mL rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. chilli sauce (recommended: Sriracha)
