Description
I will call this recipe a "clearing the fridge" . I was hungry, and remembered a cold soda salad that my Korean friend made ones. Did a search and found one recipe that ask for mangoes, I didn't have it. And rice vinegar, I didn't have it, so I just clean the fridge.... . BTW I'm a potter, and I proudly say - I made this dish.
Ingredients
US|METRIC
2 SERVINGS
- 3 Tbsp of vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp of sugar
- salt to taste
- 1 garlic glove minced
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 2 chive
- some mangoes or mandarins
- left over tuna or chicken
- cherry tomatoes (if you have)
- soba noodle

Directions
- bring to boil the vinegar, sugar and salt. Add the minced garlic, let cool down, add the chives and sesame oil. set apart.
- Cook the noodle in salt water. Rinse in a cold water.
- In a dish mix all together.
