- 1/4 lb. smoked black cod (Carmel Canyon)
- 12 oz. soba noodles
- 2 boiled eggs (medium-, about 7 minutes in boiling water, so yolk is firm but not hard)
- 4 cups vegetables (I like something a little bitter like brocolli raab, and I love to use Tokyo turnips and their leaves for this. But use what you have. I had Tokyo turnips and summer squash on hand.)
- 1 clove (garlice, minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 4 Tbsp. green onion (sliced very thinly on the diagonal)
- sesame oil
- gomasio (for garnish, optional)
- chili paste (or Siracha for seasoning.)
