  • 1 green onion (Sliced)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons tamari (Soy Sauce or Coconut Liquid Aminos can be substituted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (Optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (or spicy mustard)
  • 1/2 tablespoon syrup (Pure Maple Grade A, Honey or Agave Nectar and be substituted)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 clove garlic (minced fine)
  • 1/3 inch ginger (minced fine/about 1/2 teaspoon)
