- 2 tsp. coconut oil (optional, for frying)
- 6 oz. snow peas (trimmed)
- 2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup carrot (shredded)
- 2 cups mizuna
- 2 green onions (sliced thin)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. mellow white miso
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
