    Holy moly!!! I have made snickerdoodle cupcakes before, but these are different in a very wonderful way! They are light, fluffy, and moist. Hard to imagine a cupcake with so much cinnamon sugar goodness being light and fluffy, right? But it works! These are an instant hit!
