Turned out perfect but I had too much leftover cinnamon sugar and need to make another batch to use it up.

These are delicious! I even swapped out the flour to be GF (Namaste brand). Moist on the inside, just the right amount of structure on the outside. I baked for 8 mins, let cool on pan for 5 mins, then transferred to cooling rack. Will definitely make these again.

Incredible. Cooked for 10 minutes (convection bake oven) instead of 7-8. I made them bigger than suggested, so adjust cooking time accordingly. Best snickerdoodles I’ve ever had. I use a teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg in the dough as well as 1 and a half teaspoons of vanilla to add more flavor.

Very good! Recipe says to cook for 7 min but my gas oven needed a little longer. 3-4 min more. Very good recipe!

They taste amazing! HOWEVER I put my oven on 400 for 8 minutes and they were burnt on the bottom and uncooked in the middle. Next time, I am personally gonna try the oven at 375 for a little longer.

these came out wonderful! I did use a half teaspoon of nutmeg in the actual dough.

Made these yesterday. Best cookies ever. I loved them, wife loved them, parents and parent in laws loved them. The whole batch was gone by morning.

Turned out great! Very fluffy. Next time I’ll double the ingredients because they were gone in a couple of days.

I used smaller balls than the 2 tbsps cause those were just too big for the time. Also it was way too sweet, just time I'll use less sugar in the dough

Too big in size and agree with another reviewer they should be 2 tsp instead of tbsp. Also a bit too doughy in the middle.

Loved this recipe! Will definitely make again! My cookies came out so nice and moist! I didn’t have nutmeg so substituted brown sugar for the dry coating. Amazing!!!!!
