It's too sticky and liquids for me to roll it before sticking it in the fridge so I just added a lid to the bowl and left it in the fridge over night because after one hour it was still too liquid and I did the recipe exactly...the rolls need to be smaller as the cookies came out raw even after cooling..,other wise great

Easy to follow directions!! They were absolutely delicious and the family agreed, so I'd call it a success!! I had added a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the mix for some extra taste and had baked them for a couple of minutes longer to get them crunchy on the edges (still nice and soft in the center). I will definitely make these again!!
