- 2 shallots (quartered)
- 1/2 pkg. sliced mushrooms (10-ounce)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
- Pulse shallots, quartered, in food processor until chopped; put half in small bowl. To processor, add sliced mushrooms; pulse into bits.
- Mix and form mushroom mixture, ground turkey, and 1/2 teaspoon salt into four patties. Cook in skillet, in olive oil, on medium-high 8 to 10 minutes or until 165 degrees F, flipping once. Transfer to plate. Top each with 1 slice Swiss cheese; keep warm.
- Melt butter in skillet on medium. Add remaining shallot and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour; cook 30 seconds. Add beef broth; cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Add cream and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with burgers on buns.
