These were ok. The kids did NOT like them at all, I ate them because I was hungry and they were there. They did smell amazing and maybe with a few tweaks they would taste as good as they smell.

i added a thing of juicy burger seasoning to the meat before forming the balls and it was heaven

This was a quick and tasty recipe but I found it a bit salty so I would ease up on the salt the next time. Also, next time I would take a bit more time making the meatballs as just breaking them off in pieces did not make a very nice consistency.

AWESOME! The kids loved it, the husband loved it, easy to make easy to cleanup. Couldn’t ask for a better Monday night meal.

This dish came out fantastic! I used the ground chuck, large vadalia onion, and added a can of cambals soup beef consuma. I pre formed the beef patties and added in all sorts of seasonings. Cooked in large cast iron skillet. Served with mashed potatoes. New go to
