This recipe was hard to follow in the sense that the flour to broth ratio wasn't understandable. How much flour was supposed to go on the outside of the pork chops. What were you saving to put in the gravy? Too confusing to follow....and my gravy was very flour flavored. For someone just starting to learn how to make a gravy from scratch, this would not be that good. Luckily, I was able to vamp it up with some broth/stock and it turned out ok.

Great, company loved it too. Have made it twelve times, added a little beef broth for more flavor.

Best pork chop recipe ever! I just made 2 thick pork chops cause I’m vintage and we can only eat so much! I did the recipe in half and one of our best meals ever! Wow!!

This is very good. i didn't have an hour to simmer the pork so i microwaved them for two minutes after browning and then simmered 15 minutes cooking then to 120 degrees. Very tender and the gravy was great.

delicious! I added some fresh spinach to the gravy just before serving. as soon as the spinach was wilted I spoon the gravy and spinach onto the pork chop.

This is really good! The gravy has a silky texture and is very flavorful, though I did add some powdered beef bouillon with the water. Will definitely make again

Easy and great. Added my twist for flavor but always good and the family loves it!

Great! I didn’t have to simmer the chops for an hour; it was more like 12 minutes, because my chops were thinner. I added aa 1/2 tsp of Kitchen Bouquet to darken the gravy.

I had my doubts when putting it together, but this is definitely a newly-discovered, delicious comfort food.

Very good. Fairly easy to make. Was a little bland. May add salt next time, but will make again!

I will definitely make this again and again! It was so tender and delicious. The prep work is easy and took around 15 or so minutes. The simmering part took an hour but needed no tending to. We really loved it!
