This is very good. I used more garlic, 8 ounces of mushrooms, and poured off all but about 3 tablespoons of the bacon fat. We ate it over brown rice with a green salad. Recipe is a keeper. Quite a bit of fat, but worth the calories.

Turned out great! I used onion instead of bacon and it was very delicious. Added some garlic salt to it as well. Great dish.
