It turned out great. I cooked my cabbage in a cast-iron Dutch skillet. I used cut up ham instead of a ham Hock. Cut your cabbage in the same amount of squares. Follow the directions take your time and start with the bacon chips. Be patient and don’t rush the order after the cabbage is almost to your desire put a top on your cabbage and sweat the rest out.
