Delicious. Will definitely keep this recipe. I am a big mushroom fan, going to add 8 ounces when searing the beef next time. Had it over noodles this time, next time will serve with mashed potatoes. Great recipe! 5 stars not 4, uncooperative phone

It was fully acceptable by a family not six. I did use tapioca granules as a substitute. I servered with fried potatoes. Flavorful and tender, I also sprinkled some iniin soup because I was out of onion..

This is a keeper, easy and not too complicated. My husband loved it, and hes not a beef fan. I made it in the instant pot for a 40min dinner.

Beautiful! Perfect comfort food. Did not cook the full 2 hrs. 1 1/2 hours is perfect

The family likes it alot. You have to baby it a little for a couple hours but it's worth it. Marinate the beef tips overnight for extra tenderness. DO NOT simmer for over 2 hours. 1 hour and a half to 1:45 at the most.

This was ok. I used 3lbs of stew meat and it still just got lost in all the gravy. We were not real impressed with the tomato paste. I added a tblsp of instant espresso coffee to try to deepen the flavor and that helped. A trick my Gini taught me as a child.

Family loves the flavour but it’s very time consuming. I’d rather have a crockpot recipe that I can leave unattended.
