I changed two things. I don't use alcohol in my cooking due to a family request and I didn't have chipotle, so I used some ground serrano pepper instead. It turned out amazingly! Everyone in my family LOVED it. Leftovers didn't last long at all!

This recipe is always good with or without Venison. I also use with ground chuck.

This by far my family’s favorite chili. I added 2 smoked Hatch green chili peppers and 1lb of stew meat that I pecan smoke.

Definitely added more/my own spices to it, but not that bad! Way less calories than most ither chilis, too. A great beginner meal fot those of us not used to cooking with forest animals...
