I give this recipe 4 stars but to no fault of the creator I opted to use coleslaw left over from a takeout restaurant surly out of convenience and it turned out wonderfully. I know that if I would have made it from scratch I would have been all the better for it. Still all and all I will be doing it again soon. Only addition I made was I added sriracha to the tacos prior to the baking portion for flavor and some heat.
