- 1/2 mushroom soup (recipe Jennifer Eloff’s Condensed, :, omit xanthan gum)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (I use homemade)
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms (undrained)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 6 oz. smoked gouda cheese (shredded)

Excellent dish. It does not require any chicken broth though. It can be replaced with some milk.

Great dish! Easy to make, healthy low carb option. Can tweak it any way you want. Used ground turkey and cheddar cheese. Yum!
